We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist to join our well-established team in Sycamore, Illinois, and to inherit a thriving practice and patient base with this dynamic group. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into immediate volume and a strong referral network, supported by an experienced team and state-of-the-art technology.

You’ll take over a busy, well-supported practice with a loyal patient base, skilled technicians, and an experienced administrative staff that ensures your focus stays on patient care.
Diverse Case Mix
Enjoy a comprehensive anterior segment and cataract surgery practice with access to premium IOLs and refractive technology. Fellowship-trained Cornea or Glaucoma specialists are also encouraged to apply.

Our on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) is one of the finest in the country, designed for efficiency, precision, and outstanding patient outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:
- Guaranteed base salary with lucrative quarterly bonuses based on collections!
- Base salary is ongoing and in perpetuity—not just for a year or two like most!
