Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time

$42–$46/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

Post Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the rehabilitation team at Langdon Place of Keene. This full-time opportunity allows you to provide individualized therapy while helping residents strengthen communication, cognitive skills, and swallowing function in a supportive skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and functional goals
• Provide skilled interventions addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
• Monitor resident outcomes and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and recommendations
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
