Travel - Temporary Assignment in a hospital setting
Start date: 10/19/2026 | Duration: 13 weeks | Shift: 2x3 nights (12-hour night shifts, approximately 6:30 pm–7:00 am)
Weekly pay: $2,316–$2,474 per week | Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
WILL TAKE LOCALS (Less than 75 miles) for local rates

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in the IMCU/PCU, including neuro, cardiac, trauma, COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, post-op, and CV step-down cases
- Monitor patients’ neuro status, vital signs, hemodynamics, and RESP parameters; respond rapidly to changes in condition
- Manage complex devices and therapies, including chronic ventilators, temp pacers, chest tubes, A-lines, BiPAP, and Neptune Vapo as needed
- Administer medications, establish and maintain IV access, and monitor for adverse reactions; collaborate with respiratory therapy and the broader care team
- Document care in EPIC EMR; ensure accuracy and timely charting; verify licensure and credentials per policy
- Float to other units as required; uphold unit-specific protocols and patient safety, fall prevention, and infection control practices

Requirements
- Licensure: Active New York RN license with NURSYS verification; ALL RN licenses must be current
- Certifications: Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of IMCU/PCU experience; prior travel experience documented in resume
- EMR: Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Credentials: Drivers license with address matching demographics
- Submission requirements: RTO (time-off requests) must be included at the time of submission
- Local rules: Willingness to consider locals within 75 miles for local rate considerations
- Work setting: Ability to work in a hospital-based IMCU/PCU with adult to 18+ patient population; floating to other units as assigned
