Senior Directing Attorney, Youth Rights Litigation

NCYL is seeking a Directing Attorney who will independently lead the development and execution of complex litigation, from identifying strategic opportunities to managing investigations, filings, discovery, negotiations, trials, appeals and public communications. This is a temporary position lasting approximately one year and reports to the co-directors of litigation.
