Responsibilities Own and help drive the preservation of the property's physical attributes Provide support to management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies, and procedures Ensure all safety measures are enforced Assist in maintaining the shop, company equipment, inventory control, and key security Inspect for curb appeal to ensure property looks its best Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents and teammates Qualifications At least one year of experience in maintenance needs of a community. Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance. Proficiency in written, spoken, and understood English. Ability to use computers and related applications.
