RFP for Meadow Road Bridge Preliminary Engineering & Cost Estimate The Town of Waitsfield, Vermont is seeking proposals from qualified civil and structural engineering firms to provide preliminary engineering services and a planning‑level cost estimate for the replacement of the Meadow Road Bridge (Structure No. 00024) over the Mad River. The study will produce a defensible total project cost to support a municipal bond authorization, and contemplates a single‑lane replacement bridge with a separated pedestrian and bicycle walkway. Written questions are due July 9, 2026; proposals are due by end of day July 23, 2026. The full RFP is available at the link included with this listing.
