This includes analyzing and evaluating the value and applicability of new technologies and strategies.Formulate, evaluate, and promote new theories, concepts, and applications in electronics engineering. This involves developing and advancing programs and methods that have a broad impact.Represent the organization in high-level meetings, conferences, and presentations, communicating complex technical and engineering positions to a diverse audience that may include other agencies and industry partners.Execute significant projects that are crucial to the agency's programs, which may involve overseeing and directing the work of contractors and ensuring that engineering solutions are efficient, effective, and align with program requirements and constraints.
