Job Description We are seeking a Class A CDL Dedicated Driver to transport freight out of Bedford, PA. All freight begins and ends in Bedford and covers a 350‑mile radius. Pay & Compensation $0.65 CPM for home weekends (48 hours) $0.65 CPM stop‑off pay Three‑day workweek schedules: Thursday‑Saturday $1,000, Sunday‑Tuesday $950. Over‑the‑road fleet: $0.55 CPM home weekends, $0.60 CPM home time weekdays, $0.65 CPM for 12 days out / 48 hours off weekdays. Schedules 5 on 2 off schedule and other options 21 on 7 off schedule (one week off every month) New Bedford, PA Dedicated schedule Monday‑Friday (weekends off) at $0.55 CPM stop‑off pay. Requirements At least one year of Class A over‑the‑road experience. W‑2 employment. Full benefit package (healthcare, 401k, vacation pay, etc.). Paid orientation 2.5 days in Roaring Spring, PA with Class A CDL instructor drivers. Benefits No touch freight, no NYC freight, no broker freight. Per diem and Transflo. Rider policy from day one (one rider at a time, rider must be over 8 years old with valid U.S. photo ID). Corporate office terminal staffed 24/7/365. Equipment Black Peterbilt 579 (ultra‑lift) and 389 long noses. 53‑ft dry van carriers. Drop‑n‑hook primarily. All trucks have refrigeration and inverters. 90% automatics. Shared Terminals Free laundry, showers, maintenance, truck washes, driver lounge/kitchen areas. Locations: GA (2), IL, IN, MI, NC, OH (2), PA (2), TN, VA, WI. Storage & Park Truck owners must secure a safe place to leave the truck at home or park the truck at the nearest terminal and use a personal vehicle to travel.
