(Columbia, MD) is seeking a Mobile Network Testing (MNT) Application Engineer: to lead R&S’ MNT pre- and post-sales support team within the technology systems market, and act as infield national technical support resource for the MNT market segment. Act as infield national technical support resource for the MNT market segment.#LI-DNI Exciting insights into Rohde & Schwarz Daily adventures and challenges Our passionate team The technologies behind the innovative projects and solutions The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related Engineering field, and 5 years’ progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or any related occupation, to include 5 years’ experience working with wireless technologies; 5 years’ experience working with wireless testing tools focused on the evaluation of mobile network performance; 5 years’ experience working with cloud-based applications running in Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud; 5 years’ experience working with RF Engineers and mobile network operators; 5 years’ experience working with LTE and 5GNR; and 5 years’ experience presenting and training customers on mobile network testing tools. Incumbent will be required to travel 30% of the time on domestic and international trips lasting 1-2 weeks in duration. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, and experience. Experience may be gained concurrently.
