Duties and Responsibilities 

• Ensure an excellent customer experience for every customer and maintain culture of customer satisfaction and high quality standards 

• Manage overall operations of the facility including equipment and computer controls 

• Achieve profit goals for both Spring and Jersey Village location 

• Ensure that a high level of cleanliness is always maintained in the tunnel, customer areas, vacuum lot, and backroom 

• Maintain safe environment and work experience 

• Provide operational reports as needed by owner 

• Identify and resolve customer complaints 

• Manage compliance of government standards 

• Hire and ensure all employees and managers are trained according to policies 

• Complete all administrative tasks in an organized, timely manner 

• Oversee inventory management 

• Deliver bank deposits  

• Minimize company losses and damage claims while controlling costs 

• Hold meetings to conform with company standards 

• Maintain constant training of personnel on systems and procedures 

• Maintain efficient personnel scheduling 

• Assess performance and skill of all employees and conduct performance reviews 

• Maintain vendor relations and build new client relations 

Working Conditions 

• All work performed will be done outside in all types of weather 

• Moving vehicles heighten safety concerns, must stay alert and aware of surroundings 

• Mobility, nimbleness, and the ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift heavy objects  

• Requires 50+ hours per week

• Management experience 

• Good customer service skills 

• Good communication skills 

• Good organization skills 

• Meets basic management competencies 

• Budgeting and P&L experience 

• Professional look and demeanor 

• Positive, self-motivated attitude 

• Mechanically inclined 

• Basic understanding of computer software 

• Must be 21 years old with high school diploma or equivalent 

• Must pass background and other pre-employment checks 

• Car wash management experience 

• Highly energetic, outgoing, & personable 

• Previous car wash experience 

• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
