Inventory Receiving Clerk

The Inventory Receiving Clerk will perform standard inventory warehouse functions, including picking items for orders, putting away inventory receipts, and replenishing inventory from bulk storage to picking locations. This position requires strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process all orders received in the same day for shipment.
• Bag and bulk store incoming inventory.
• Replenish items from bulk to a picking location.
• Pick items and sets to fulfill customer and in-house departmental requests.
• Enter item data related to order transactions into the software system.
• Perform daily cycle counts to verify accurate system quantities and ensure shelf life of sterile products.

Essential Skills

• Experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Count, Pick & Pack, RF Scanning.
• Up to 1 year of Picking and Packing experience.
• Experience with an RF scanner.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Good to have at least 1 year of experience using an RF scanner.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with repetitive work.

Work Environment

The work environment is a state-of-the-art Medical Device Manufacturing facility with a clean and temperature-controlled machine shop. The dress code is casual but presentable. The work shift is from 11 am to 7:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Employees primarily work independently or within a small team.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagleville, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
