We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as our next Chief Development Officer (CDO) and help expand our impact across the state. What You’ll Do As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will: Lead and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy Grow revenue through major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants & events Build and steward strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders Mentor and lead a high-performing development team Partner with the CEO and Board to drive a culture of philanthropy Who You Are Proven leader with 8+ years in fundraising/development Strong track record of securing major gifts and diverse funding streams Skilled in relationship-building, strategy, and team leadership Passionate about education, equity, and student success Why Join Us?
