Senior Product Marketing Manager

Project Broadcast is a fast-growing text message marketing platform built for entrepreneurs and relationship-driven businesses. Project Broadcast provides easy-to-use, compliant texting and communication tools that power sales, prospecting, lead capture, follow-up, support, education, community building, onboarding, and training. The Role We’re hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and enablement for Project Broadcast. You will define how Project Broadcast is perceived in the market, craft compelling narratives that highlight outcomes (e.g., faster follow-ups, higher recruitments, better community engagement), create sales and marketing assets, and drive adoption/expansion across our high-volume Sole Prop and MidMarket segments. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role combines strategic storytelling with tactical execution in a fast-paced, remote environment. Key Responsibilities Own PB’s positioning, messaging, value proposition, and competitive differentiation (e.g., compliant two-way texting vs. cell phones/DIY tools like Textedly, Mailchimp). Develop buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials (one-pagers, decks, battle cards, case studies, testimonials) tailored to network marketers, service-based owners, and franchise/recruitment teams. Lead product launches, feature releases, and go-to-market campaigns for PB updates, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success. Create high-impact content (e.g., webinars, ebooks, blog series, video demos, nurture sequences) that educates prospects on PB outcomes and drives pipeline. Partner with demand generation to align campaigns (performance ads, influencer partnerships, community/Champions Corner, affiliates) with PB messaging and ICPs. Conduct win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research to refine positioning and identify upsell/cross-sell paths. Support sales with training, objection handling, and ROI storytelling; collaborate with customer success on adoption playbooks and retention messaging. Track product marketing KPIs Qualifications 4–7+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with small-business owners, network marketers, and MidMarket teams. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; comfortable creating sales enablement assets, content, and campaign materials. Analytical mindset — ability to use data (usage trends, win/loss, competitive intel) to inform strategy and measure impact. Collaborative and proactive; thrives in remote, fast-paced settings with ownership of processes and outcomes. Bonus: Background in regulated/compliance-heavy verticals, network marketing, service-based businesses, or franchise sales; familiarity with performance/influencer marketing channels.
