responsibilities:

Perform advanced board-level and BGA troubleshooting on complex server PCAs using schematics, diagnostic utilities, and high-bandwidth test equipment.
Conduct root cause failure analysis to implement continuous improvement initiatives, identify systemic trends, and optimize repair cycle times.
Collaborate with engineering to refine repair methodologies, validate advanced test equipment, and develop detailed debug documentation.
Ensure strict adherence to ESD, quality, and safety standards when handling high-value enterprise server and data center components.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians to strengthen overall team capability and troubleshooting consistency.
