ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2012 and is a close-knit team of five built on strong relationships and a customer-first approach. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a background in social services, which continues to shape how we care for and support our customers.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University. I’m a proud wife and mother of three, with a dog and three tortoises, and I’m also a second-generation State Farm agent.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashley Gundaker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
