Customer Service RepresentativeBuffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing team!Responsibilities:Answering inbound customer service requests via phoneAssisting customers with pickups, general inquiriesEscalating calls needing more attentionProviding prompt, courteous, and efficient routing where necessaryQualifications:Bachelors Degree requiredMinimum two years of customer success/customer retention experience requiredMastery level written and spoken communication, through use of word-processing programs, creating spreadsheets, writing email, and speaking on the phoneReliable, hard working, and motivatedThis is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.
