Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg | Atlanta, Georgia, United States
Travel assignment starting 09/21/2026 for 16 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,506 to $1,608 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is Day, 12-hour shifts, three days per week (12x3). This is a hospital-based medical-surgical nursing role with a focus on general Med-Surg and overflow oncology coverage. The position requires EPIC electronic medical record use and is designed for experienced Med-Surg RNs able to work in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients, including ongoing assessment, monitoring, and documentation
- Administer medications and treatments, including IV therapies, and monitor for adverse reactions
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust patient care plans
- Perform patient admissions, transfers, and discharges with appropriate handoffs and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in the EPIC EMR and ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license; Nursys license verification required
- Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg experience in an acute care setting
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Ability to work in a hospital medical-surgical environment
- Work history/resume with no gaps greater than 60 days; references and certification cards requested
- No time off requests during the assignment (No RTO)
