• Monitor patient care processes including patient monitoring physiology assessment and surgical nursing procedures when applicable.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Manage departmental budgets resource planning and shift management to optimize operational efficiency.
• Facilitate staff training on medical terminology hospital policies and regulatory updates to maintain high competency levels.
• Coordinate case management activities ensuring residents rights are protected and that care delivery aligns with legal standards.

Skills

• Extensive critical care experience with a solid understanding of acute care procedures and physiology.
• Proven nurse management experience with demonstrated team leadership capabilities in hospital or emergency settings.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles including budgeting project leadership and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation review and medical records management.
