After initial training, this role offers a minimum base hourly that starts at $12-$16 an hour during the training period and then goes to $18 to $23 an hour based on production. Successful candidates can earn up to $100,000 per year, including commission and bonus incentives. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with new team members. Serve and meet the customers needs. Requirements A Property & Casualty Insurance License is preferred.
