Distribution ManagerAt our Customer Distribution Centers, Raymour & Flanigan delivers real challenge and career growth opportunities. As a Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to safely and efficiently move product through our distribution network. You and your team will also be responsible for inventory management and accountability. As a manager in our business, you and your team must provide outstanding customer service to your internal and external customers.Senior Distribution Manager - Salaried Position $90,000-$110,000 plus bonusPrinciple Leader of our largest distribution center in the companyPartner with Distribution and Transportation Teams for effective product movementDevelop a high functioning team of Supervisors, Leads and Distribution AssociatesEncourage and reward safe behaviorInfluence direction and effectiveness of Raymour and Flanigan's Distribution and Transportation NetworkRecruit and retain high performersDevelop department financial goals and meet or exceed those goalsBuild individual and team credibility throughout the organizationEmbrace and Drive change within the team and throughout the organizationQualificationsHigh School Diploma and minimum of two years of college coursework required.Bachelor's degree preferred.Strategic decision-making skills.Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new programs.Effective communication skills.Ability to motivate others.Minimum five years of applicable experience managing teams in warehouse environment.Physical Requirements:Lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 50 lbs.Raymour & Flanigan proudly supports a drug free and smoke free work environment.Please note that we are currently unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
