Bankruptcy Attorney

McElroy Deutsch is seeking attorneys with litigation and complex bankruptcy experience for the Firm’s Morristown, NJ office. New Jersey bar admission required, New York bar admission a plus. Salary range for this position: $125,000 - $160,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and clients on litigation and bankruptcy issues. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery. Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions. Engage in courtroom advocacy and motion practice. Qualifications JD from an ABA accredited law school. Admission to the New Jersey bar. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively in a team environment.
