In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end strategy to strengthen agency relationships, build advocacy, and create mutual business value through integrated co-marketing programs. You’ll partner with senior leaders across Agency Partnerships, Communications, Events, Content, Training, Product Marketing, and external agencies to develop annual plans, prioritize investments, and execute high-impact programs. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, executive presence, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and use insights to measure impact and optimize future priorities. What You'll DoOwn the agency co-marketing strategy, developing annual plans aligned to business priorities and Joint Business Plans.Lead integrated programs across events, executive engagements, training, thought leadership, case studies, content, and social channels.Build trusted relationships with senior agency leaders and serve as the primary marketing lead for strategic agency partnerships.Partner across Agency Partnerships, Communications, Events, Creative, Content, Training, Sales, and Product Marketing to drive alignment and execution.Identify opportunities to deepen agency engagement and advocacy.Navigate ambiguity, prioritize investments, and build consensus across senior stakeholders.Measure impact, optimize investments, and develop scalable playbooks and best practices across agency partners.What You'll BringStrategic marketing and business planning expertise, with the ability to translate business priorities into clear, actionable agency marketing strategies.Deep understanding of agency partnerships and the ability to identify opportunities that create mutual business value.Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills with senior internal and external stakeholders.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across complex organizations without direct authority.Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing opportunities, and move initiatives from strategy through execution.Strong business judgment and ability to use insights and performance data to optimize investments and programs.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, agency marketing, integrated marketing, or strategic partnerships.Experience developing and executing strategic marketing programs with measurable business outcomes.Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.Experience using marketing performance metrics and business insights to inform strategy and optimize programs.Preferred QualificationsMBA.Experience working at a major agency holding company or leading strategic marketing programs with agency partners.Experience within retail media, digital advertising, ad tech, media, or commerce media.Understanding of the retail media ecosystem and the role agencies play in advertiser growth.Familiarity with Joint Business Planning and strategic partnership development.
