Occupational Therapist (OT)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift is from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM. Every other weekend is required. Overtime is not guaranteed.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist (OT) will be responsible for evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to improve their quality of life. The role involves working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment goals and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and services provided.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license and have reliable transportation.
