What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to ICU patients, including those with multisystem organ failure, respiratory failure, COVID, sepsis, post-cardiac arrest, DKA, liver failure, and renal failure
• Monitor and titrate ventilators, manage telemetry, and perform IV starts
• Administer and interpret advanced therapies such as CRRT, externalized IV pumps, and continuous glucose monitoring
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC system
• Respond quickly and effectively to deteriorating patients, supporting recovery and stabilization

What You Need

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, with proficiency in EPIC documentation
• Certification in BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA certifications only)
• Skills in ventilator management, telemetry, IV starts, and critical care procedures
• Preferred: previous travel nursing experience and proficiency with GE cardiac monitors and NxStage CRRT
