Owning the generative stack for paid social and native creative, the full-time remote AI Creative Lead will manage the end-to-end production of character-locked stills, AI video, and voiceover, ensuring alignment with direct-response marketing principles and maintaining high creative standards. Key responsibilities Oversee the generation of paid social and native creative, from approved scripts to editor-ready footage Ensure character, wardrobe, and continuity consistency across all generated content Scout and onboard new generative models and tools, optimizing the production workflow Required qualifications 4+ years in creative production, with 1-2 years focused on generative AI video and image production Strong understanding of direct-response advertising principles and performance metrics Demonstrated experience with a portfolio showcasing AI-generated or AI-assisted video and stills Current fluency with generative AI tools, including image models and AI voiceover Ability to troubleshoot rendering issues and maintain character consistency across multiple outputs Virtual Vocations Inc
