General Manager The Brothers That Just Do Gutters

As a General Manager, you'll be the primary integrator for our organizationturning the owner's vision into clear, actionable plans. You'll design the roadmap to achieve both annual and long-term goals, then inspire and equip your team to bring them to life. This role requires not just managing people, but empowering them by building the right systems, processes, and accountability structures. You'll oversee all business operationsadministrative, operational field teams, and sales and marketing. Your leadership ensures alignment, productivity, and peak performance across the board.

Duties and responsibilities include overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing growth strategies, training and mentoring managers and staff, building and improving operational systems, managing and optimizing budgets, hiring, evaluating, and developing employees, collecting and analyzing financial and performance data, researching and identifying opportunities for business growth, and delivering regular reports and presentations to ownership.

Reporting and accountability include weekly financial reviews with the owner to track KPIs, monthly reviews to analyze variances, address issues, and forecast, annual budget creation and presentation, and mid-year reforecasting and adjustments.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year.
