Type of staff:

• 2:1 OTR to COTA ratio
• Patient Ratios Typically 9-13 assigned to COTAs/day (not expected to see all)
• Type of equipment general acute care DME
• EMR - Meditech

Typical Hiring Profile

Skill Set Most Recruited For: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must Have:

• Minimum 6 months acute care hospital OT experience
• Active KS licensure

Preferred or Nice to Have:

• Trauma Experience
• Comprehensive Stroke Experience

Ability to work independently with little oversight; high accountability

Good communication and collaboration skills

We have a very collaborative team and offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs. Our staff enjoy a great deal of autonomy in care planning for patients and work hand in hand with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of our patients and the community at large.
