Medical Assistant (Not Certified)

Obtain medication prior authorizations, notify patients of test results, and maintain clean exam rooms. Clean and sterilize equipment as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). 1–2 years of Medical Assistant experience (preferred). Completion of an accredited formal Medical Assisting program (preferred). Proficient computer skills, including mastery of the clinic’s practice management software. Excellent interpersonal skills that foster effective working relationships with a diverse patient, colleague, and vendor population. Ability to handle a busy office with interruptions, calls, and walk‑ins. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills. Compensation The compensation range for this position is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on skills, education, experience, and qualifications.
