Variable patient load -- a few calls per day, not overly busy
Hospital setting -- privileges required
Eyelid lacerations, ruptured globes, and basic trauma required
Retina-specific cases referred out
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
Assignment details and time entry in online portal
