Schedule: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Storeroom / Inventory Associate to support an end-of-line project and ongoing storeroom inventory management. This position will be responsible for data entry, inventory organization, cycle counts, labeling, and restocking parts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with computers and qualified to operate a forklift.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-of-line project activities and storeroom operations.
• Enter new part and inventory data into Maximo .
• Stock and organize initial inventory for new project parts.
• Restock parts and materials used during production outages.
• Apply and maintain labels on storeroom inventory items.
• Perform routine cycle counts and accurately record inventory data.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records.
• Support inventory and material management activities related to project integration.
• Assist with SAP-related inventory and project activities.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently as needed.
• Perform computer-based data entry, inventory tracking, and recordkeeping.
• Follow all safety procedures and established operating guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance storeroom, warehouse, inventory, or materials environment preferred.
• Must be qualified and comfortable operating a forklift .
• Strong computer skills and ability to perform accurate data entry.
• Experience with Maximo and/or SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, concentrate, and accurately perform computer data entry and proofreading.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle tools, materials, equipment, and controls.
• Frequent eye, hand, and finger coordination when using computers and office equipment.
• Ability to perform close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Ability to communicate effectively by speaking and listening.
• Ability to occasionally operate business machines and other workplace equipment.
• Ability to remain focused and attentive while performing computer-based inventory and data-entry tasks.
