As a Ramp Service Agent at Alaska Airlines, you’ll safely load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail, marshal aircraft, and operate ramp vehicles and ground service equipment. You’ll perform de-icing, set up ground power and air, and ensure on-time turns in all weather conditions while following strict safety, security, and FAA regulations. Working closely with flight and gate teams, you support outstanding customer service through accurate bag handling and damage prevention.
