Baldwin Paving Company, Inc. is actively seeking a Paving Screwman to join our team in a full-time role. The position reports to the Site Foreman and requires at least one year of Screed Paver experience. On-the-job training is available for paver electronics. The role features 8–12 hour shifts, including nights and weekends, with potential travel as needed.
