Assistant Crew Chief (Evenings)

Overview We’re looking for a dependable and energetic Assistant Crew Chief to help lead our overnight grocery team. In this role, you’ll support the Overnight Crew Chief in supervising a crew of clerks responsible for stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. You’ll help keep the team on track, ensure tasks are completed efficiently, and step in to resolve issues as needed. Responsibilities The Assistant Crew Chief supports the Overnight Crew Chief in supervising a crew of clerks and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently. Responsibilities include: Supervising overnight team members in stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and maintaining store conditions. Keeping the team on track and stepping in to resolve issues as needed. Assisting with training and development of team members when required.
