Kindergarten Lead Teacher

Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs . Enchanted Care is seeking an enthusiastic Licensed Kindergarten Teacher to join our growing school community! Our goal is to inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in every student.

As a Licensed Kindergarten Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Create an engaging classroom where students can explore, question, and discover.
• Design hands-on lessons that build foundational academic skills and support student success.
• Foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration.
• Support each student’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
• Bachelors degree from accredited college or university required.
• Valid state teaching license with Kindergarten or Elementary Education endorsement required.
• Prior teaching experience in a licensed school or educational setting preferred.
• Must be able to work full-time from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday
• A passion for education and helping students learn and grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build a positive classroom environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
