Cross-sell credit union products and services in alignment with members' financial needs and strategic goals of the credit union. This position serves as a front-line contact for most member dealings at the credit union.Schedule:Rotation: Monday-Friday and some Saturdays; Must be available to work 7:45am for earliest shift - until 6:15pm on latest shift; some Saturdays 9am-12pm.Our Ideal Candidate:- Collaborative teammate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Great listener with strong desire to help people.- Ability to accurately process transactions and requests.- Thrives handling multiple tasks in fast paced, service-oriented environment.- Embraces new opportunities with strong initiative to accomplish tasks.What You Will Do:Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-selling.Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday and rotating Saturdays.Education and QualificationsHigh school diploma or G.E.D. required.At lease 1-2 years of experience in financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment required.Prior cash-handling experience strongly preferred.Communication Federal Credit Union is an equal opportunity employer.
