Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: None required Must-Have: - Cardiovascular OR experience Description: Data collection for unit information. Unit has a total of 10 beds. Staffing includes a combination of RNs, CNAs, and additional support on day and night shifts. Patient ratios on night shift are 1 nurse to 1-2 patients per room. Equipment used includes electronic medical records (EMR). Candidates without cardiovascular OR experience will not be considered for this role. Preferred candidates will have additional relevant skills. Typical procedures performed in this unit are focused on cardiovascular surgery. The best personality fit for this role is essential to team dynamics. The position is weekdays with a call rotation. Scrubs will be provided as part of the dress code. Unit guidelines and policies are available for review.
