Quality Assurance Specialist

Our automotive manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Quality Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for investigating quality issues, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. *This is a rotating shift position*

What You'll Do:

• Lead quality investigations and root cause analysis.
• Develop and implement effective countermeasures.
• Conduct process and supplier quality audits.
• Support customer quality concerns and corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and drive process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive manufacturing quality experience required.
• Strong background in problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Experience with customer quality, supplier quality, and process audits.
• Ability to work independently and lead quality improvement efforts.
• Specialist-level experience; not an entry-level position.
