Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for an immediate opportunity at an employee health and wellness clinic serving a large manufacturing plant in Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys combining primary care and occupational medicine in a low-volume outpatient setting. Position Details

  • Position: Nurse Practitioner
  • Setting: Employee Health & Wellness Clinic
  • Location: Maryland
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Contract Length: 7 Weeks
    • Potential for extension due to a current vacancy
    • Possible temp-to-perm opportunity
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
    • 30-minute unpaid break
  • Weekly Hours: 37.5
  • EMR: Epic
Practice Highlights
  • Adult patients only
  • Average volume of approximately 10 patients per day
  • Dedicated full-time Medical Assistant onsite
  • Stable outpatient environment with a predictable schedule
Requirements
  • Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
  • Active Maryland License
  • Active DEA
  • BLS Certification
  • Occupational Health/Occupational Medicine experience required
  • Minimum 1 year of autonomous Primary Care NP experience
  • Strong preference for 3+ years of APP experience
  • Epic experience preferred
  • DOT Certification highly preferred
