We are looking for a dependable and organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous scheduling experience and be comfortable managing schedules, coordinating priorities, and communicating with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Experience with Epicor is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain daily schedules
• Communicate scheduling changes and updates with team members
• Monitor priorities and help ensure work is completed on schedule
• Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and scheduling needs
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate schedules and priorities
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust schedules as needed

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling or administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn company software
• Epicor experience is a plus, but not required
• Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Occasional overtime may be required, but it is not frequent
