Youth Residential Support Specialist for Mental Health

Thresholds in Illinois seeks a Residential Support Specialist to coach young adults 16–21 toward independence in daily living, relationships, school success and health. You will work one-on-one and in groups in a residential setting, teaching skills, modeling healthy relationships, and guiding youth through coping strategies. You will help with meals, hygiene, housekeeping, safety, and documentation of progress, with training provided for Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thresholds
