Hiring ASAP: Case Manager/Pre-suit Legal Assistant/Paralegal for a busy personal injury law firm in Fort Lauderdale. This position will focus on plaintiffs' personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident and premises liability cases.
Duties:
- Intake & Case management
- Prepare and send out Demand Packages
- Request medical records, bills, insurance documents, etc
- Schedule and coordinate client events, including EUOs and IMEs
- Act as the liaison between the client and the adjusters, medical offices, and attorneys
- Prepare, assist, and manage treatment plans
- Correspond and provide continual updates and support to clients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and follow-through skills
- 2+ years of experience in a case management, paralegal, or legal assistant role handling personal injury pre-litigation matters, preferably on the plaintiff side
- Experience with personal injury claims processes, including medical records, insurance claims, property damage, and demand preparation.
Hiring ASAP! This is a full-time, in-office position.
