Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Valid SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) welcomed, though Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with pediatric populations and school-based settings is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and execute individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and compliance with IDEA and state guidelines
• Provide support, education, and resources to families and staff regarding speech and language strategies
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the decision-making process for student success
