Advanced RN | LPN | Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - ENT Care

We are seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals licensed as Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), or Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) to join a dedicated team providing exceptional ENT care. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive group of nurses and healthcare providers, making a meaningful impact on patient well-being in a welcoming clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care and support under the guidance of licensed nurses and physicians.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments while monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient records and documentation.
• Assist in creating and implementing patient care plans alongside the healthcare team.
• Perform basic patient assessments, including vital signs, and communicate findings effectively.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment for patients and visitors.
• Assess and document physical, psychological, and social aspects of patients during clinic visits.
• Prepare for and assist with office procedures such as injections, immunizations, phlebotomy, tympanograms, EKGs, and vision screenings.
• Make referrals to other providers and facilities as directed.
• Report test results to patients promptly with provider instructions.

Education & Experience

• Graduation from an accredited nursing or medical assistant program.
• Current licensure as an RN or LPN, or certification as a CMA, with eligibility to work in the relevant state.
