Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) Location (This is an on-site, full-time position based in the local community. Candidates must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance. Workdays and hours may vary based on tours and business needs, with weekends rotated among the team.) Position Overview A well-established, nationally recognized nonprofit senior living organization is seeking experienced Sales Consultant to join its growing Florida team. This role is ideal for high-performing sales professionals with proven success selling Type A (Life Care) Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) contracts who thrive in a relationship-driven, consultative sales environment. These opportunities are located in gorgeous coastal Palm Beach County, Florida , offering an exceptional lifestyle alongside a rewarding career. Minimum 2 years of successful direct sales experience selling Type A contracts within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with Life Care / Entry-Fee model Strong CRM experience Must be able to successfully pass a background check, including an MVR check and the Florida fingerprinting process (ACHA) Key Responsibilities Proactively generate, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of qualified leads and referrals Build trusted relationships with prospective residents and their families Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate financial and lifestyle benefits Guide prospects through complex decision-making with empathy and expertise Consistently close sales to achieve occupancy and revenue goals Partner with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional customer experience Base Salary Range: $50k-65k DOE Extremely lucrative Commissions $30k-$200k+, on Target Commission $70k, Total Compensation $130k+ Flexible work week — sales opportunities occur daily; you manage your schedule Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage - Starting Day 1 Generous PTO and retirement plan with company match Tuition reimbursement and strong internal career growth opportunities *If you have Type A Contract and CCRC direct experience & would be open to relocating to Florida for the right opportunity, we should talk even if they are not interested in our current role...because we periodically have other opportunities for that particular skill set. #J-18808-Ljbffr International Search Consultants
