This ensures drivers have the product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency for the day’s deliveries. Schedule Sunday to Thursday 6:30 PM start time Typically 8–12 hr shifts; occasional Friday work as needed Summer Peak Season: May – Sept. Health plan identifier: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct trailer inspection prior to loading to ensure it is clean, at the proper temperature, and ready. Ensure pallets are constructed according to stops and securely wrapped to prevent damage. Verify header labels on all pallets and identify any damaged or outdated product before loading. Load trailer, placing bulkheads correctly and securing them; confirm load diagram is completed and submitted. Follow all safety work practices and maintain a clean, orderly dock area. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of one year warehouse experience preferred. Pallet jack certified. Good attention to detail and team oriented. Ability to read load diagrams and perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Work Environment Comfortable working in a multi-temperature indoor/outdoor environment ranging from –5 °F to over 100 °F.
