Associate Attorney

Morgan Tidalgo Sukhodrev & Azzolino LLP (MTSA) is a top-tier, full spectrum family law firm practicing in all Bay Area counties with offices located in Campbell and San Mateo. MTSA is looking to add experienced, motivated, and exceptional attorneys to its distinguished legal team at both locations. An ideal attorney candidate will have 3-5 years of family law litigation experience in California. MTSA will consider candidates with lesser experience or experience in other practice areas. Candidates will be expected to be self-starters capable of managing an active litigation caseload under supervision of the firm's 5 partners. Exceptional writing, analytical skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are mandatory characteristics of a qualified candidate for this position. MTSA manages a diverse caseload but specializes in complex, high asset, and high conflict dissolutions. Ideal candidates will have experience managing similar cases. Successful candidates will be assigned a caseload and will be responsible for all aspects of their cases including but not limited to communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts; drafting, reviewing, and revising pleadings, correspondence, and discovery; and preparing for and attending hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.
