Associate Attorney

Job Description We are seeking a 2+ years experienced Associate Attorney to join the team. Practice Area: Personal Injury, Civil Litigation, and Criminal Law. Manage an independent caseload, handle all phases of litigation, and gain broad courtroom and trial exposure in a collaborative environment. Roles & Responsibilities Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and written discovery. Manage an independent caseload from intake through resolution with supervision. Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court appearances. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal staff. Assist with trial preparation, trial proceedings, discovery, and overall case management. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with an active state bar license in good standing. 2+ years of litigation experience preferred. Strong knowledge of personal injury, civil litigation, and/or criminal law. Excellent legal research skills using Westlaw or similar platforms and exceptional legal writing ability. Strong organizational, case management, and discovery experience; trial, deposition, and dispositive motion experience is a plus.
