This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work within a collaborative team of over 80 real estate attorneys across the country, advising on complex, high-value transactions that shape the commercial real estate landscape.Candidate ProfileJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic recordActive Bar Admission in New York, in good standing3-7 years of substantive real estate transactional experienceExperience representing lenders and/or borrowers in real estate financings, acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, leasing, and joint venturesExperience negotiating, documenting, and closing of mortgage, mezzanine, and other secured lending transactionsPrior experience at a large law firm or sophisticated real estate practice is highly preferredStrong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills with a high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentCollaborative mindset, professionalism, and enthusiasm for client service are essentialKey ResponsibilitiesSupport senior attorneys in structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of real estate transactions, including financing, acquisition, development, and joint venture mattersConduct due diligence and coordinate closing processes for complex real estate dealsPrepare and review key transactional documents such as loan agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, and joint venture agreementsAdvise clients on real estate and financing matters, delivering practical, business-oriented guidanceCollaborate across practice groups, including corporate and tax, to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients’ real estate projectsDevelop strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through responsiveness and high-quality workWhy Join Us?This is a compelling opportunity to join a distinguished and fast-growing Real Estate Practice at a prestigious global law firm.
