A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Full-Time, On-Site, Second Shift, CNA in Erie, PA! (THIS ROLE IS $22/HR WITH ROTATING WEEKENDS).

Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care and support to residents. This role is essential in ensuring the dignity, comfort, and daily well-being of our veterans and residents in a long-term care setting.

CNA Compensation

• The pay for this position is $22.00/hr
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

CNA Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position 2:45pm-11:45pm w/rotating weekends

CNA Responsibilities

·         Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

·         Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning

·         Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff

·         Support residents with meals and hydration

·         Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment

·         Document care provided in accordance with facility procedures

·         Follow all infection control and safety protocols

CNA Requirements

• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pennsylvania
• Ability to work second shift hours and rotating weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate approach to resident care, especially within a veteran-focused environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with patient care

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Experience working with elderly or veteran populations
• Familiarity with electronic charting systems
