Benefits Health Vision Dental 401(k) PTO YOUR ROLE In this full-time position, you'll help guide each exterior construction project from kickoff to completion, coordinating schedules, ordering materials, communicating with homeowners, supporting subcontractors, maintaining project files, tracking progress, managing documentation, ensuring permits and safety requirements are met, and stepping in to resolve issues before they impact production. OUR REQUIREMENTS Experience in project coordination, construction administration, or similar role Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Positive, coachable team player Strong problem-solving abilities Dedication to excellent customer service Roofing, siding, or construction industry experience is preferred.
